LetTrust launches with everything you need to make renting more transparent — and fairer from the start. You can search for landlords by name or location, read real reviews from real renters, and leave your own experience to help others rent smarter.
Every landlord has their own profile, complete with a bio, verification status, photo, and reviews. If a landlord hasn’t claimed their profile yet, renters can still review them — and we’ll notify the landlord to step forward and respond.
Once a review is submitted, it’s checked by our moderation team before it goes live. That helps keep things respectful, trustworthy, and helpful for everyone.

That’s why all reviews are moderated before being published, and why every landlord gets the right to reply. If a review breaks our community guidelines, it won’t be posted. If it needs editing for fairness, we’ll help make that happen.

In the coming months, you’ll start to see landlord profiles evolve into fully-fledged property hubs. Landlords will be able to showcase their available and past properties, complete with photos, descriptions, rent history, and availability status — helping renters get a clearer picture of what they’re stepping into.
You’ll also be able to search and compare landlords in your area, not just by name, but by rating, responsiveness, and even categories like fairness or communication. Verified badges will expand into a full badge system that rewards good behaviour — not just admin.
We’re also building smart features behind the scenes: AI tools that summarise reviews, flag patterns, and help renters spot red flags or standout landlords at a glance. Think review sentiment analysis, property health scores, and automatic review reminders when tenancies end.
But this isn’t just about feedback — it’s about action.
